If our customers have opted for USB devices then we can offer refunds for the return. However, there are various conditions that need to be met before in order to qualify for a refund. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and to qualify for the refund it must have not been opened and in its original condition. And moreover, the customer shall cover the shipping costs for returning the product.
